Gold FFM johnpwalsh 1,330 Posted August 1, 2014 Gold FFM Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 Well know Eclat for sale in Scotland with huge documented history at almost half the price of the Elite in Belgum.
USAndretti42 308
Looks like asking prices for Elites are on the rise. I'm sure those prices would be not much more than half that a years ago. dixi4uk 65
This looks proper nice: an S1 but properly cared for condition: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C521801 I agree this car looks very oriignal. I know the fuzzy dash was an option but it is not something to my taste. One omission on the photos is a picture of the front seats. Alarm bells ring. Leather can wear badly even at 56K. Incidently, on the picture of the engine bay what is the red item up by the master cylinder, any idea? Looks like asking prices for Elites are on the rise. I'm sure those prices would be not much more than half that a years ago. I hope so. Elites have been under valued for some time.

Dunc 412
definately fire extingusher. Red distribution pipe goes around the carbs and fuel lines. A sign of a well loved car in my opinion.

Dunc 412
ebay is great for them as in competition use they go out of date and need a recharge and certification. do an ebay search for "lifeline" under car parts. or if you want a new one - DemonTweeks

Demon Tweeks are just down the road from me. Their stuff is a little on the pricey side but worth a look. Meanwhile I will do the Google search.
