910 auto cam belt tension

The cam belt tensioner would not go back to the locking pin so i removed the whole thing and found the bore the plunger fits into had wear ridges stoping the plunger going back fully i have honed it out and now is fine refitting the tensioner i noticed this taped hole is my engine missing anything before i carry on.

If you mean the small hole on the front seal housing, I would say there is nothing missing. I've had a look at the parts list and there's nothing shown there.
