If the attached short cut (below) is anything to go by, yes i appreciate its a limited edition run 25 cars only! But with more than 240bhp and less than a 1000kgs i'm very optimistic for the new Esprit.

TBH Howard I would have thought they're stuck on or at least Lotus would do what you wanted to the paintwork if you were going to shell out for it.

Still, if you can do without the exclusivity I'd go for the Exige S with the air-con / touring package and spend the rest on a little holiday

i love the exige, only other lotus i would have. BUT why didnt they make GT3 looking one for the road, that would be special,,,,im sure the 148mph is limited? as a supercharged/turbo'd aftermarket audi jobby breaks the 180mph doesnt it,,,,ok scary as hell in a exige but impressive

A few nutcases have put Audi TT engines in Elises and got completely stupid 0-100 - 1/4 mile times which would humiliate most supercars, they have some silly top ends - 148 is way FAST enough in an Exige thanks

are they likely to be bringing out any more wild variants next year (that you may have over-heard that you shouldent have and you possibly should not say)! A Y(es) will do.

Now the adrenalin rush has sub-sided (from the factory visit) have realised that allthough the Europa S is a good car it is not what we want.

Yet this Exige would appear to step up-to the mark, yes will need to show some restraint till the house sells, good job my grans dead cause i'd probably be selling her! Thats given me an idea where is that pink frock?
