Potential new location for workshop?

"Mars is the fourth planet from the sun. Since ancient times Mars has been an object of great interest to astronomers. The temperature at the planet's surface varies widely during the course of a Martian day, from about 186 K (-87 °C) just before dawn to about 253 K (-20 °C) in the afternoon."

Based on those numbers, Frank, I suggest an afternoon schedule. Don't forget the parka. :)

Yeah and you guys smoke fags...... :harhar:

not that there's anything wrong with it if that's your thing.

bumfuck nowhere

1. A place in the middle of nowhere.

2. A place not worth mentioning, driving to, or remembering the name of

3. A town located in the middle of farmland or prairie land and it takes less than a minute to drive out of it.

I think it's fast enough…maybe

Gee, I had no idea that Egypt had prairie land. :D

It's probably the camera shot perspective, but can you really get that now widened 211 heiny back inside the building? Looks awfully tight.

It's startin to take shape..

I havent read all the posts but is the wide design determined by the necessity for mechanical grip from all the power you are planning to produce?

If the only thing constant is change, then why do we resist change the most?

Planning ? It was spining the 285 Kumo V710's with ease when putting the hammer down, now add lightness and it would never get any grip on corner exit.

The only way to get grip is to add more tire contact area until aero comes into play.... Weight has gone down and power will be going up a bit from the current 680 whp.

This is still a canyon car so the high speeds are only in the short straights if you want to live.

Well that's what I thought.

Be nice to see it in person one day. It exciting looking even at this stage......

BTW, have you planned the brakes yet?

I have the Lotus Sport AP brakes up front and the standard Elise fronts mounted on the rear with a AP Racing proportioning valve to balance things out with Pagid pads....

It's just a fat assed 211, as it should have been. My ex Lotus 211 product manager buddy Rob Savin stopped by last week to have a look and I got a hugh smile and a big thumbs up when he laid eyes on it...

Color understatement? Are you getting humble?

Or are you using the color scheme of the space shuttle as you blueprint?

If you have the choice between a Stairway to Heaven and a Highway to Hell don't forget the Nomex®!

It's clearly a color selected for its chromatic characteristics. The color white reflects all light, thus providing a viscous flow stabilizing effect on the vehicle as it passes through the photonic medium at near warp speed. Without this cocoon of electromagnetic resistance imposed upon the line of forward motion, the car is likely to exceed the speed of light, and would then invalidate the entire compendium of quantum physics as currently understood. The bedrock theories of science would be in serious jeopardy, but our altruistic Lancaster desert rat is far too shrewd to upend the pillars of investigative inquiry for the sake of few more mph. Right? Right, Frank? You there, Frank?

Yeah that's the ticket, what he said ^^^^^^ :smoke:

Humble ????? I just like blending in since white is the new black here in So. Cal. and will be super easy to touch up stone chips from being behind slower super bikes..
