flippin' eck Mike, you must have kept the car industry going single handed!

I've had about 7 cars to date and I'm 37!!

Esprit is in for a pressure test to see if I've done any major damage while fitting a catch tank... Oh the joys of tinkering when you really don't know what your doing...

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi All,

Just wondering as most older Esprit owners tend not to use there cars for day to day commuting etc, i was wondering what type of cars are used, ie do they still have sporty cars or more sedate family cars ???, i spend most of my time in my van as i am self employed, but my day car that i would otherwise use is am xk8 as i love the luxury it provides on long runs.......so come on tell us all what you drive

Oh yer, as for the other car :P it used to be a Mondeo, but i have gone down in the world now to a 'W'reg blue pug 306 hdi (well its good on fuel) :D

unfortunatly, it has a fuel/vapor/exhaust gas leak somewhere, as i seem to be having problems with my eyes watering if i drive it , mainly my left one :D

I'm starting to wish I kept my camaro :D At least then I wouldn't have to borrow my mom's blazer when the 'tus is in the shop, and the water jacket on the chev explodes and the bolts break off in the manifold when I try to remove them :D

same color as gonzalos but with the V6 :D wasn't so bad actually They tightened up the handling on the V8 models alot though

Also mine wasn't a convertible

There's a huge difference between the V6 and the V8, not to mention almost twice as much power. :P Mine has been extremely reliable too.

Actually I wanted to take it to Willow Springs this weekend but they wont let convertibles on the track without a roll bar. :P
