Worrying that it's 'Oxfordshire' location is actually somewhere else mind

 

I saw this last night and it fits what I'm potentially considering but there's something about it that puts me off, not sure what it is.

 

Is that rear spoiler mounted brakelight a factory feature? Not seen it before and somewhat stands out from the lines of the car.
