pbharcourt 378
Thank you Paul, i am happy to pay postage. I use Hermes for parcles as they are very reasonable for larger items. I also have a relative in Brookwood, Surrey, if you go that way?

pbharcourt 378
Still after a manual steering rack or any parts to convert Rack, extension joint, clamps, hub steering arms (they are different) Or swap for my working power steering?
clivef38 156
Hi. How much different are the hub steering arms?. I am thinking of taking the power steering off my Elite S1.
pbharcourt 378
I have been told that the tapers for the ball joints are different due to different make of steering racks. Ford for power steering and I think BL for non power steering.
oilmagnet477 747
Paul, I assume by 'ball joints' you refer to part no 2 on your attached drawing? If so, then are these swappable between BL and Ford parts - ie is the threaded rod the same. This would minimise the impact with linkages to other bits on the car? If not then never mind, just thinking out loud Cheers Ant Quote Is the price for that bit in Yen or £?
pbharcourt 378
Yes, probably clearer if i had said track rod ball joints I am not sure about swapping them over, I was told by Lotus bits that they are different and I should think they know their stuff. In case one wants to fit a power steering off V8... In general, is this picture also correct for 87/88 Esprits? . Edited January 16, 2020 by MrDangerUS
