Fuse holders

Following the demise of my passenger window motor - I checked the fuses and noted that the 20A fuse had melted and literally "fused" itself to the plastic holder.

Despite several attempts to remove the fuse I am going to be forced to cut the wires and replace with a new fuse holder.

Does any one know where the original holders came from or where I could get a replacement ?
