Wallet lightening

As some may know I developed a fault on the way to Stoneleigh.

I had a stutter when I applied power - I could get up to 70+ as long as I applied power gradually. Any hard acceleration met with a feeling of the car about to stall.

There were no warning lights and no stored fault codes.

So when I got back I booked it in to the dealers for check.

The result...... 2 weeks later and 2 cats + bolts + 2 O2 sensors changed. :P

The car now runs flawlessly but my wallet is severely lighter :o

Apparently the cats had collapsed causing a blockage in the exhaust. I was told that it wasn't a good idea to drive the car in this state as it could cause more damage so I left the car with the dealer to do the necessary.

They had to drill the bolts out of the turbo connection and then re-tap them. :P
