S2 Bumpers

What is involved in changing the bumpers on a 78 S2 to the newer style as seen on the Turbo or even a 1980 NA S2?

On a North American car, probably not much, as so many S1/S2 cars have the turbo bumpers. For both front and rear, you will probably have to drill new holes in the body for mounting screws/bolts, and that will probably be the most difficult thing. Might have to cut holes for the front indicators, but probably not. The wraparound (turbo) rear bumper, when positioned to meet with the valance, should be "close enough" to its correct/intended position (height) on the body.
