^ Nice. While waiting for your car you could maybe do some more for the rest of us. I will have it in BRG, please (probably not the same effect, though). :harhar:

So given my lack of car (http://www.thelotusforums.com/forums/topic/74624-p2135-p21046-error-codes/) I had to tinker with something...

My Sport Racer gearknob arrived today, so with a syringe & needle and a pot of Solar Yellow touch up paint, I set about modifying my new gear knob!

Just need a car to fit it to now! :)

This should be a factory option. totally going to add this to my suggestion list.

At some point (when I find some more pennies) I'll get the rear bench retrimmed to match.

Also need to sell the old seats.

when you took the seat out....did it just bolt out straight from the top?......

you didn't need to get under the car?.......

just wondering how easy it is to take them out

Piece of cake.

I was all done in an hour and that included some picture taking and unwrapping the new seats.

Yep, 4x Allen key bolts.

Really really simple.

Slide seat forward, to undo rears, tip seat forward and then slide right back to undo fronts.

Nice job Lee and looks really really good, goes well with your knob too!  :)

Really like what you're doing with the car, subtle updates that give it a real quality feel and look.
