Should have bought an Evora!

What sort of noise is it? What year is the car, K-Series or Toyota?

K. Engine, exhaust noise. I thought the Esprit was noisy, it was whisper quiet in comparison. It's just like there is nothing between me and the engine.

Does it have a Cat? What system is installed?

I've a sports Cat and Janspeed and don't find it that noisy. In fact, I may remove the Cat for more noise shortly.

Is it just a vibrational noise around 2.5K?

I'm not really sure what exhaust it has, but the cat may be missing.

You should be able to see from the LH rear wheel arch...

So is this a standard exhaust for a 2002 S2, or something after market?

And where can I find details on jacking points, the book seems a bit vague, and ambiguous.

Well I've identified it, it's made by CLF Tech, and has a Lotus part number.

It also a flexi length in it under the sump, it's blowing ans adding to the noise, I'm thinking an exhaust bandage as presumably it needs to remain flexible.
