I'll start, here is mine (just bought it yesterday):

I used to have a nice posh Lotus Esprit World key fob but someone pointed out that if I were to drop or lose my keys there wouldn't be a lot of Lotus cars for the potential Twoc-er to have to find. I now have a plain keyring and if I drop my keys no-one is any the wiser as to what car they are from!

Man, how bad would it be to lose/drop/have nicked, a set of car keys

with 'Lotus', or even WORSE 'Lotus Esprit' written all over them?

Lets pick Oxford say. Find a set of keys marked 'Lotus Esprit'.

Go look in the carparks, how many esprits? thats right, just one.

Now, my generic vauxhall/GM Esprit keys, well, thats a lot of cars to try!

My dad has the card hang tag that garages put on your keys when servicing,

has the full reg number, model and colour of his car, and his name, and he

just leaves it on there, crazy....

PS, have nice lotus keyring on my Van keys though B)

Heres my keys ,with logo that exactly matches one on car. Not many tea leafs around here (leave cars unlocked with keys in all the time)

Nice key fob Wayne B) I was too looking that kind of, but haven't any options.

now I have to be careful not to drop keys at parking place. Although it's pretty hard here in Finland to get away with car like that. It's pretty easy to find and hard to sell if you stole it

But have you thought the new cars keys, if you drop it and someone finds it. My Peugeot has central locking in key's (you press the button and car blinks and doors opens). It's easy the push that button on parking place and watch whose car blinks for you and then just drove away...

You will NEVER stop a determined pro theif from boosting your car. (they are more interested in high end Mercs and Bimmers than Lotuses) My Esprits Marina locks and steering column are a joke, a kid could defeat them with a penknife

It's very true and I think if I called the Police and told them my Esprit had been half inched they wouldn't have too many problems spotting it, even our lazy ass cops!

If you've got an alarm fob, then that's even easier! Press the button and see which one lights up and makes a noise!

...here's mine though it will promptly be switched with my 55 Chevy's keyfob and vice/versa... that way if I show up with one car I'm able to brag about bogh

I never locked mine ever! Even left the keys in it a few times, Some cars are not for the stealing, more for looking at
