Bibs
Welcome to TLF, glad to see the 3-Eleven being used as intended. I can't imagine how it would feel with 475bhp, it's hardly a slouch at the moment Lovely pics too, very nice PS I can change your display name on here to baronbennyt if you prefer? Arun_D
Hi Benedict, welcome to TLF. I've been following your 3-Eleven journey on IG and PH for a while. Congratulations on the Jaguar, I remember seeing one at Warwick services in the RS blue colour (most likely a development car as it had a full cage and fleet registration) and thought it was magnificent.

The Pits
Our season opener is at Silverstone on Monday. Weather's always a gamble at this time of year but it's been so great lately but due to getting properly arctic on Sunday typically. GT430 feels bang up for some laps though. It's chomping at the bit.
baronbennyt
A couple of photos of the 3-Eleven's interior before and after I had Bell & Colvill re-trim the steering wheel in alcantara.
Popular Post baronbennyt
A few shots of the 3-Eleven at the Bell & Colvill track day at Castle Combe last year. I'll be going again this year and very much hope for the same weather - fingers crossed. And here is the 3-Eleven at Goodwood.

Popular Post baronbennyt
Taking the 3-Eleven to Lotus Bell & Colvill on Saturday for its first annual service - I've done over 3,000 miles in it since March 2017! Looks like snow is forecast for the weekend, which will be fun...

The Pits
Must have been hilarious! Anyone set a new personal best? So quiet, so few cars on track and no noise issues whatsoever. It was bliss!

The Pits
I was waiting to hear how the 311s got on first! All will be revealed when I get a chance to edit the video. Will post it over in the GT430 section.
auRouge
@baronbennyt good to meet you and Phil last week, your cars are stunning. Really enjoyed being on track with such rare beasts!! On 15/05/2018 at 21:07, alias23 said: What did you manage in the GT430? @The Pits I discreetly timed a few laps to see how much quicker the Evora is... you had some consistent laps all within a few 10ths of each other so a reliable indication of its speed. I'll leave it to you to disclose 😉 Safe to say, fast. Sounded incredible too. Sadly didn't get a reliable 3-11 time. Great to see owners of the E430 and 3-11 doing justice 👍🏼
The Pits
Sorry, I didn't know you were there, I would have said hello. I hope you enjoyed the day as much as I did. Loved the T25, stunning car. Spent the first few sessions feeling my way around and getting the tyres up to the target hot pressures. I seem to be the only person bothering to do this on trackdays but it makes a big difference, also to the laptimes. I only have one complete lap on film which hints at the car's potential. I was going fairly well the following lap but made a hash of it into Bobbies and ruined the lap. Only 'moment' all day. But the best times came from trying to gap the Exige Cup 430 when we were running around together. That must have sounded good, I hope someone filmed it!
auRouge
Thanks. I'll say hello next time. Hope to make all the B & C days. Whole track is great fun but my favourite bit is the heavy braking into the Esses followed by Old paddock Bend... by the end of the day I think i was taking a bit of grass as well as curb to curb! Brrrrr brrrrrrrr noise off the cubs there is sooooo satisfying! As a Lotus trackday I think it's fab. Really please B & C introduced it. Perfect blend of fast (interesting start finish straight) combined with some good technical.. Been liasing with @Bibs to try and arrange a TLF group on Friday 29th June (I'll post in Trackdays section later today) which is an Open CC car trackday. I can get us all deal (subject to 20 cars) for only £150 for the day😁👍🏼 ...but there's a glitch...noise limit is 100dB🤦♂️ B & C had 105dB on a Thursday. Any advice or opinion welcomed. Cheers, Brij
