Wiper Motor for S1

I am going to strip down my wiper on the S1 in the next month so I have ordered up all the parts like the wheel box and the spacers etc etc. but I did wonder about the condition of the motor because it struggles to pull the blade up amd down.

Could be because of the mechanism being shot or it could be the motor.

Does anyone know if there is an alternative motor that can be used.... I guess the problem here would be getting the right stop points on the drive wheel.... or suggest someone who could refurbish the motor?

It looks very similar to the wiper motor on my Daughter's 1976 Mini 1000?

I think they are all variants of a Lucas motor... not that different from the headlight lift motors.

Big problem would be the drive wheel and stop positions I think.
