Forgive me, guys, for bringing this to the forum, but I need to share.

After just 18 months my lovely Lotus Evora has left me for a new (and brief) life at Lotus Silverstone.  

I am just about coping, as this is now me Lotusless for the first time since 1998.  

After I explained to her that I was taking a job in the UAE, she decided to stay in the UK.  And now Aimee is looking after her before she chooses a new owner.

Otherwise, your support during this difficult time, would be appreciated.  And, if anyone has any advice as to how to cope with becoming suddenly Lotusless, please do let me know.

White Evora SR's are like buses it seems, you wait ages for one then three come along at once......

The first two are already sold on the last week or two, I don't imagine this one will be far behind if that's anything to go by. Good luck!

I would make sure the Solicitor knows of your divorce or else when she finds a new partner she may start asking you for maintenance or even enough money to get a good servicing....and no one wants to know that about their Ex-car!

Well, Dany is just over in Dubai, and I've moved out here to be closer to him.  Obviously. He told me that the premium lifestyle luxury lifestyle out here would right up my street. I'm thinking of having him design me a watch, or pimp my Bently or something. Just so that I can be within wafting distance of his epic hair. I'm having suits made up on Thursday that are just like his. And when he brings out his own range of male grooming products, I'm going to be first in the queue. 

Dont worry Bibs, I already have a Kevlar vest. I did consider bringing her out, but then I realised that that would be a stupid idea.

Amy reckons I should be able to make it a clean break. 

And as for used Evoras, they're like rocking horse poo right now.  I'm just hoping that little Lotti Lotus will go to a good home. Aimee did a good job with my 2010 N/A, so I'm confident. 

In the meantime, I'm probably going to be buying a Ford SUV. Urrrrg. Still, at least I'm right next to the Yas Marina Circuit, so can wear my Lotus F1 stuff for one last time.
