Evora only meet: Poll Thread...

To follow on from the idea of an Evora only meet it's now down to selecting the dates.

Please indicate which of the two following would be your preference.

I intend to close off the poll at the end of the first week in January 2016

This should in theory give me a run at getting the planning and logistics in place.

I appreciate that these might not match some people's preferences, but seemed to meet the majority (and somewhat selfishly as I'm organising the damn thing, my) requirements:

July is a no go for me as that tends to be when all the big gigs happen or I'm off on my hols, so April gets my vote.

just thinking out loud 'coz if its the BH weekend 29th April to 2nd May then its the TLF meeting the weekend after......

I'm guessing so Gareth, but this was the date that the majority went for.

Currently looking at accommodation options in the area, and somewhere for dinner.

I'll look a (more of) a right plum if I pull it now!
