Best music to drive an Evora to?

Obviously the engine noise.

Setting that aside though, what would get your vote?

(I need some support as I'm getting massively abused on this one at home at the moment. I refuse to let on my tastes though until I find sufficient people with comparative views. I don't want to extend the abuse I get to include people from this forum. ?)

Clearly only manly rock type stuff that makes you go "grrrr" through the track (he says, hedging his bets!)

I wish! ?

Everyone loves a good dance track though. As long as there isn't a repetitive sound that is similar to that made when you have flat tyre. That's caught me out a few times.

Most embarrassing Lotus/music event though was open top, in a car park, and "I'm every woman" comes on! Doesn't help that my car is lime green.

Seriously though, in years to come, The Lighthouse Family will be revered for being THE band of the 90s. You mark my words.

Barbie - Aqua Girl always does well for me. Alternatively, Simply Red. Note - Simply Red, not Pink.

Sorry Kalli, but think you'll find they are "Simply Pink" these days - something to do with the passage of time and the addition of white has faded the red to pink......

I really do not listen to music in the car for the obvious reason. So, my choice is the occassional "double beep" of the speed camera alert - for those that know the road, the A90 between Perth and Dundee is so full of speed camera locations the "double bleep" is almost alike an 80's pop synth track

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

it has to be Pink Floyd with Comfortably Numb.

An ode to the latest Porsche steering feel?

(Sorry, couldn't resist.)

Or how your bum feels after being in an Ooooodi with it's overly hard German engineered suspension.

My current back roads tune is "This Corrosion (12" Mix) by Sisters of Mercy - it's ten minutes long so you can cover some decent miles during it

Are the speakers in the evora any good?

Unfortunately, not really.

I'll be able to show you when we catch up in a couple of weeks James.

Greg

Ah well, I look forward to it in any case.

As odd as it might sound, sound systems do make an impact on my purchasing decisions as my cars tend to get driven across Europe and there's only so long you can go without listening to some sort of entertainment.

I love using Spotify through the car system, you can play from many genres and playlists  it's awesome , I am always drawn mainly to pink floyd, JJ cale, Jeff beck, dire straits to name a few, obviously  music must be muted when any tunnel runs or loud Moments are available...
