Car looked and sounded great.

The reviewer is the real deal as a driver but didn't appear to be driving any faster around the track than he did on the road!

The more you see the reviews you appreciate this is a different animal to the 400. This is more of a track focused car that can tour but not ideal for it but the 400 can tour and do track work but now as well on track as the 410. Glad lotus have made both as they appeal in different ways.

Finally another video review of the Evora 410.  Looks fantastic on the move and sounds great as we all would expect.

Is it just me or has this amazing car from Lotus been seriously neglected by the media??  To me it seems like this is Lotus's very credible answer to the GT4 but despite the clamour for just about every journalist to talk about and mention the (unavailable new) GT4 at any given time this Lotus product once again is probably only going to be ever known about by the very few.

I think they invited 3 UK publications and 3 European ones to the launch of this and the same for the Exige Sport 380. I was offered one this week for 2, yes 2 days but it's -6 here overnight and not much warmer during the day so I can't do the car any justice, certainly not enough to review it properly. I did have a few cancelled plans in Nov/Dec to have it for up to a week but again the weather isn't ideal to be testing this kind of performance.

Get real bibs, two days is just enough time to drive to the south of France where it's warm and would photograph better too. How the hell are people meant to buy these without your rubber stamp? The world awaits.

I'll get around to it at some point.

I thought it was a great review, and seemed to know what he was talking about.  The 410 really is getting glowing reviews across the board.

What worries me, is seeing @Bibs up and about at this time... :P

I thought Kent was in France. So surely Nice doable in a day?

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

Lets expand this a little to a couple of friends doing this together and you have a great road trip review filmed on Mavic pro featuring and Evora Sport 410, Evora GTE and Exige Cup.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need a 400 to compare with also. I may be available ...

Glad we're back on topic and no more pictures of that God aweful red steering wheel.

Nice review, I quite liked the guy's approach. Looked very late on track.

We can drive to the south of France in a day - quicker than ferry. Pretty sure an Elise 235 Cup should be in the mix.

If Lotus do indeed read this forum (Hello), surely the road trip that seems to be building here would be a fantastic piece of practically free PR.

The fact that members of this forum would give up their time, pay their own way to see and possibly drive one of their cars speaks volumes.

The list of cars building would make a truly epic sight travelling together and provide a great photoshoot and write up.

I know, my naivety knows no bounds...

I really don't know how this will pan out and whether Lotus will play ball but if it does happen then I would suggest 6 cars max. The two day idea appeals as it won't take me away from family/business for too long.

I'll get around to it at some point.

I'm sure we'd be lucky to find 3 people that will actually go through with it! Weather in Europe isn't great anyway, it's forecast to be warmer in London next week than Madrid!

I know bah humbug!

There's only one destination for it though: http://www.evora-portugal.com/index.html

What about a TLF tour to Evora for the spring anyway? Hopefully Lotus would see the benefit in joining in with a Sport 410?
