Gadzooks 66
As someone who went through months of indecision trying to choose between an Exige 350 and Evora 410 the decision came from driving them back to back at Hethel. They felt equally rapid but I preferred the feeling of the Evora under braking and more importantly the steering was better. The unassisted steering of the Exige needed much more physical effort which, to my mind, detracted from the process of positioning the car. So I came to the view that the Evora 410 was better on track and it had the added advantage that it was a better GT car. I didn't try a 400 on track but I did try it on the road and it didn't feel as alert as the 410. Decision made. But as has been said in previous posts - each to their own. There isn't a bad Lotus when it comes to handling ?
LF1 564
I'd order one with the stereo and the blanking plate. That way you can remove it and the put it back in to sell and I suspect it would hit resale. Quote Lotus Register - https://www.lotusregister.com

Popular Post Stubox 562
Yes joined the 410 team. Ever since trying one out I've struggled not to want one , with only the Mc 540/570 being the other car I'd have come out of the Cup for. As Bibs mentions the Motorsport Black really pings in sunlight and much prefer the darker colours on the Evora with the really bright ones reserved for the Elise/Exiges. No radio but have fitted ac, I'll spray/vinyl the tea tray. Revelling in the luxury of carpets, amused that there is less overall rear visibility than in an Exige Carbon is dribblesome and overall fit n finish really impressive. Engine is noticeably smoother and more turbine like than the 350. Now starts the countdown to the 1000 mile service.... 9 Quote Black n gold

M4rk 160
Great looking car, congratulations! A perfect time of year to enjoy a new car as well. I really like the 410, it is a very attractive proposition and must be very special indeed for you to make the move from your Cup. It will be really interesting to hear how you get on with the car, you must be looking forward to getting the running in complete.

JayEmm 1,272
@Stubox one point of interest, are there still speakers in your car? In the previous 410s I have seen that have had the stereo "deleted", the speakers (and presumably wiring) remain, with the head unit itself being the obvious major omission. Gold FFM blindside 472 Posted June 11, 2017 Gold FFM Report Share Posted June 11, 2017 @Stubox Many congrats! Welcome to the "only +10hp & its all about the tyres" club. MS black looks stunning and will be a nice subtle contrast with the CF. The gold flecks coming through in direct light look absolutely class in the picture; so must be something else to the naked eye. Like you I'm finding the 1000 mile service point cannot come around soon enough. Health to drive.

Bibs 11,118
When the sun went it, it looked a very deep black, no gold at all. It's quite a lovely paint job, very nice indeed. That's fun because on the French service book of the car, they kept the 1000 but only turned it in km instead of miles So run-in is not so long here ?!? scotty435 1,031
Does anyone have any thoughts way Central Lotus 410 as not sold apart from it being a auto it's seems to be a very good price £75000. It's a really nice colour combination and yes I know it's a ex press car?
The Pits 4,408
Absolutely no idea unless 410 buyers are allergic to autos. While I applaud that if it is the case it's very unlikely. Looks like a great way to dodge most of the depreciation for anyone who wanted a grey auto 410.
JayEmm 1,272
I'm gonna make a few guesses here 1. If 410 buyers are the same people who bought Exiges, the Exige auto never sold very well. The 400 Auto is better than the IPS but I suspect the lure of a LSD an the extra revs would be a serious temptation for any performance driver. 2. It is a "used" car, so they can't offer 50/50 on it. This happened when the 400 came out. All the dealer demo cars had to be sold at very competitive prices because they couldn't compete with 0% finance. A new 410 at 82K would be potentially cheaper than this if you're looking at buying on finance - depending on your own situation. 3. Certain dealer demo cars just take a long time to shift (There are dealers who have had the same Evora demo car for well over a year) 4. 410 owners are perhaps the kind of people who are happy to wait a bit and order cars exactly to their spec. 5. People are usually very wary of a car that might have been used for any kind of "press" activity. 6. Out of date websites never look good. The car is advertised at different prices in different places, and the site says it is the "only 410 in the country". Just my guesses. It will sell I am sure.
