My new Baby! I think it is the first 410 on German roads

Epic Spanish trip. 2800 miles including a 700 mile drive back to tunnel. 410 performed perfectly .

410 ordered. Another Exige owner making the jump over to Team Evora, though there seems to be a fair bit of traffic both ways. Never had one before but always admired them and have thoroughly enj

Jonny,

they've engineered a 2:0 solution using a bespoke machined alloy block that is then bolted directly to the subframe (where the rear seat belt base clip-in would be located in 2:2 mode).

By personal choice I used stainless steel bolts to do this rather than those provided despite the weight gain :)

A small square indent is made with a stanley knife or hacksaw in the middle base of the rear backrest panel. This provides clearance for the rear mount.

@blindside

Have you done any long trips in those seats yet? They look good, especially with the harnesses.

How comfortable are they for long journeys? Currently I do the occasional day trip, stay overnight, do a td, stay overnight again, and then do the day trip back home. I need not to have a numb bum

@Bruss Personally I find them very comfortable; although I do like really firm seats where you feel locked in place. I've done 5 hours at a stretch in the car, which was OK ( no numb bum & my ass is not that fat). However, that said the seat base is comparatively short length-wise for me at 6" 2 which reduces the thigh support. This caused a little strain on the legs after a couple of hours when using the pedals. (It gave me the excuse to stop for a coffee and stretch off).

They are definitely more wooden windsor back than parker knoll recliner in the comfort stakes. :)

The harnesses work very well with the seats (as per the Exige) and will obviously make a big difference to the on track driving experience.

Looks great, but sorry, your harnesses are fitted incorrectly. The ASM strap should be inboard for both seats.

Eagle eyed! I am aware of this & thanks for alerting . The straps that arrived from Aus were both for LHS fitment. In the process of getting the correct inboard strap for RH drivers side.

Bargain for OEM of that quality

Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. Chocolate.  Meh! NOTHING in this world is as addictive as an Evora +0. It's not for babies!

I was told it's because it 'points' you in the direction of the door following a major shunt, which may be useful if you're a bit disoriented following an impact hard enough to trigger it. I think that's why when you order them you specify whether you want left or right hand seat version.

If you are able to drive "couple of hours" with that small fuell tank of the Evora you should check your speed ;-)

Normally the fuel light went on after 300 km, if driving on an empty motorway (rarely) the fuel will last even shorter.....

Therefore the fuel capacity makes nearly all kind of seats acceptable (after nearly six years I am more than ever a fan of the original recaros)

I love the Recaros. So much so I even have a spare set in charcoal.
