Brake upgrade

Brake upgrades for the G-cars there are a few out there and its one of the things I would like to do in the next few steps with my car.

Anyone fitted one and was ther a massive improvement? Problems? etc etc

I am currently planning on purchasing the uprated brake bits from Artie. He is going w/ even larger ones. I suspect he may be able to offer some advice. I still want to retain my stock BBS rims, so I can't go too radical. He is fitting BIG rims so needs to fill them up.

If you can hang on a couple of weeks I will be posting details about the upgrade I am doing.

300mm fronts / 285mm rears onto the standard hubs, 4 pot calipers blah blah blah ..............

I would spill the beans now, but I want to make sure it all fits and works before hand.

I fitted the High Spec units with grooved and vented discs on my S3 can't compare them to the originals as I never used them before fitting my upgrade units. as for fitting them it was all quite straight forward. I have no problems with braking, I get good feel and they stop very well. I fitted mine with HAwk pads which are very good but expensive. I bought my units from PNM.
