No it's not the same part number.

For an 81 Turbo, you need B075U1075F (LH) or  B075U1076F (RH). Both are now obsolete from Lotus.

Very slowly Brooke. I don't have any undercover storage, so although the car is completely stripped, I can't have it sprayed before it has somewhere dry to live.

Hopefully I will be moving house this year to somewhere with a decent garage in which to complete the restoration. Unfortunately, I also get somewhat distracted by other stuff which means not having as much time as I would like to work on the car.

I have just recently removed the front suspension and intend to get the rear off over the next few days. I have an infrequently updated restoration thread on here

Saw the thread mate car is going to look awesome when it's completed, have you got much more to do before the paint work needs to start? Is there no half way house of keeping her covered temporarily, you've probably explored all options I'm sure.

Body is pretty good with almost no stress cracks. It needs sanding and prepping for paint. The worst thing is that an area of the wooden bulkhead has rotted by getting damp. Also still got to get the side skirts off, they are bonded on so need to be brave and start cutting.

What's the worst that can happen mate  could you get a car bubble? Not sure if they only do them for inside though.
