Hi all,

I need to tighten up my Esprit's handbrake cable but I don't know which way to turn the setting screws / bolts

that are located near the driver's (LHD) seat (clockwise, anticlockwise ?)

Normal RH thread, afaik....turn clockwise to tighten. Adjust so that the balance bar stays 'level'....it's a bit of a fun game!! Make sure the handbrake mechanism on the rear calipers is working properly. Once fitted and adjusted, handbrake cables tend not to need any further adjustment...
