Phil & Nick,

Are you leaving your day cars at the jct 15 hotel and then cadging a lift to Donington like me, or are you going straight to Donington?

Need to know so we're not waiting for someone who isn't intending to turn up

Cheers,

Graham.

I was planning on meeting at Jn15 and providing a rearguard for the squadron.

I need the car at the show just in case I do some retail therapy.

Hi, im heading from Kidderminster on Sunday, anyone going the same way? If not i'll see you there..

Dave

Hi Dave,

It would be great to have another S4 join the run to Donny. Its a great sight to see all the Esprits out together and creates loads of attention on the road. The J15 is far from the direct route for me but its well worth the drive south (north) in your case if you dont mind getting up early on the Sunday. Plus its a great way to get involved with the NMEG guys.

Hope you can make it to join the convoy at J15, unless the guys here can suggest a better meeting point for you on route.

See you there...

Dave,

Try and join us at jct 15. A bit out of your way but worth the extra miles as per Carls post.

Trevor has e-mailed to say he's up for some retail therapy so will be in his day car and will meet us all at Donington.

Thanks for the offer of a lift Carl. We now need one more for Nick (Stagowner) Offers please Gentlemen

Yes guys, as CarlC says, the plan is to meet tomorrow at 8am at the Holiday Inn just off jct 15 of the M6.

We'll hang on till 8.15am before moving off down the A50.

At the moment we've got the following Esprits:

CarlC

David

Simon

Dave While

We've also got myself and Nick (Stagowner) needing lifts.

Phil Betts (sober?) will be taking his day car for a shopping spree

Dodgy Dave and Ian Heighway have yet to say whether they will be at jct15 or be meeting somewhere en route. If you decide in the morning boys then bell me on my mobile.

Davebarny (the Kidderminster Kid) will hopefully be joining us. (let us know please Dave)

When we get to the A515 jct we'll take to the twisty bits.

I'm hoping we'll get to Donington in time to get a prime parking slot.

See you tomorrow guys.

Graham.

Just like to say a big thank you and "well done" to everyone who turned up bright and early on Sunday morning for the March Donington hoon. Apparently we're now the most active Lotus "club" in the UK

Good to see Anita again (but why does she have to drag that jerk along with her  )

Great to see the Kidderminster Kid.............hopefully you'll be flying with us on a regular basis now that you've earned your wings Dave

Hope CarlC got home ok (was limping at times along the A50.......the S4 not Carl)

Presume Nick (Stagowner) got back because his car wasn't on the car park when I returned  Is that right Nick?

Good to meet with Mike40 (Warrington's on our doorstep Mike, so no excuses)

Ian Heighway (did it sell?)

Don't forget the next hoon is just around the corner. April 1st we're off to RAF Cosford to check out the brand new "Cold War" exhibition, before having a stroll round some fine Shropshire countryside and a bite to eat at the Lamb. See Howards post/thread for more information

Cheers guys,

Graham.

you not coming on the april hoon then?
