Great stuff - many thanks. I'll check dates & suggest a couple of options .

Whereabouts are you located - or would you prefer to meet somewhere?

No probs.

I'm south Notts - near the A46 /A606.

Seems a good idea re the above posts....!

Mine is not suitable for track use!

Im happy to come and drown you all out though

Could get Colin out to play too.

Unless of course, it's below 25c and bone dry. :)

Hi Simon

Forgot all about this - time flies...

Certainly, I can be around most Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Will have to do it before 20th of Jan though as I'm having an operation on my foot and won't be able to drive for 4-6 weeks :(

edit - this Saturday looks a bit iffy as I should be at a rugby match. Hic.

Hello Andy

Apologies but it looks like I may struggle before the 20th now. Could we reconvene once you're back up & running ( maybe literally ) sometime in the Spring??

Hope the foot op goes ok.

Cheers

Simon

Hi Simon

No problem

Perhaps you could take mine out for a blast sometime - it'll need a decent run whilst I'm laid up...:)

Hi Andy

hows things? Are you up & mobile? I'm still keen for a listen at your car if we can set something up. Let me know mate.

Cheers

Simon

regarding the original topic : I was too a bit disappointed by the KT backbox , too similar to the OEM sound, even though I didn't want a noisy exhaust (but I was looking for some pops) ...but about 3,000 kilometers later, it now sounds just right ! it has "run in", especially since having done a  trackday, and now is plenty loud enough , but remains civilized , with some burbling on off throttle ...

Hi Simon

Anytime - let me know when you're around.

Saturday or a Sunday afternoons best for me.

Thanks Andy

I will pop over in the next few weeks if that's ok - I'll drop you a line before hand to arrange.

Cheers
