S1 Steering Wheel

I am looking to swap my S1 steering wheel with a smaller, better looking one! I have been told that the S2 wheel is a straight swap. Does anyone know if the same is true of the S3 wheel. Or can anyone advise where i can get a good looking alternative, without breaking the bank.

I've just put a brand new S3 Momo wheel from the factory sale on my S2, straight bolt on. The steering columns are all the same so there should be no issue. The only thing I discovered on checking the manuals is that there are 2 types of S3 wheel listed with different boss kits, so if you go down the S3 wheel route make sure you have the appropriate boss too.

Apparently the MOMO boss is now obsolete for the S1 and S2.

But if you have any luck sourcing one i would interested in purchasing one to.

Did the S1 & S2 cars have a Momo wheel as original? If it's the S3 Boss you want (mates with the wheel using 6 allen bolts) Paul Matty had one in stock a couple of weeks ago, but pricey approx
