Hopefully, I've bought the outgoing one too today. Deposit paid and accepted. Not quite a 'cup' car, but close enough and yet slightly different (a very rare 250 SE) ? More pics to follow in due course. Ecstatic! Ian at Murray Lotus has been simply tremendous to deal with. My first ever hard-earned Lotus. Very happy chappie! ? @pgn340r has a lot to answer for!!

lovely car, is that the one with the blue leather  interior?  was browsing their website, and thought that was stunning

On the Lotus website they say:

AP Racing twin-piston front and Brembo single-piston rear calipers with cross drilled and ventilated 288 mm diameter brake discs, front and rear, provide stopping power, with new optional lightweight two-piece brake discs providing the opportunity to save a further 4 kg.

Do you know what are these new two piece brake discs. I am looking for something good for track days, therefore grooved disk would be perfect..

Welcome to TLF Cristiano. :welcome:

You should duck over to the Introductions area and say hi in there as well. :)

All we know is that when they stop making this, we will be properly, properly sad.Jeremy Clarkson on the Esprit.

Opinions are like armpits. Everyone has them, some just stink more than others.
