Agree it does look some what scaffolding however I think it could be improved upon and covered up.

I had a short drive in Daniel's car and it's very pricise and notchy although requires more effort to get into gear than my car does. I feel if you were pushing on track you'd find it a big improvement but for road I'm happy with mine now (with SSC cables).

A V6S will soon receive the AliTech Shifter; as I know the Lotus specialist who will do it, I will get and post some news.

Thanks GFWilliams.

Could you please develop the improvements of your SSC cables ?

The feel is more precise and I miss gears a lot less now.  I'm not sure it was worth the cost to upgrade, but it improved what was the worst bit of the car for me.  Having driven a Sport 350, the gear shift still isn't as good as that of course, but it's removed some of the play in the cables which meant the shift feel was quite bad before.

That doesn't look that bad if its going into a track car... I did meet a chap in a heavily modified S2 last week who'd had one of the Alitech shifters installed, he felt as though it still required adjustment as 3rd to 4th was a tad difficult, i've heard similar comments from others... to the point that the shifter is now soo precise you have to be very precise in your gear changes.

@RS4ever any idea what seat is in the ASPHALTE exige?
