Hesitation on startup

Now that does sound familiar. Even with copious quantities of fire and swearing it was glowing orange and my face red - and teeth spitting before the bastard came out.

and then - yes then - the fking threads needed retapping to use

Disc cutter, various large sockets, ferking long bar, needle file,

Swearing helps a lot - get a proper good mix of words in and it does wonders

I've still got the original turbo downpipe with its sensor firmly embedded somewhere in the garage. Thought I'd pop a new O2 sensor in,  as is my want, but after lots of harsh language, and nearly upending my workbench with the force I was exerting on it in the vice, it became clear that without some serious heat, one of them was going get knackered. Or I was.

Ended up buying a new de-cat pipe and sensor.

You only need a bit of heat. Once it's up to temperature and glowing like the surface of the sun - only mild swear words are required.

Sadly, without oxy-acetylene, it wasn't budging. The B&Q propane torch just won't cut the mustard.
