NedaSay 862
So they are now a franchise ran from an office in Kent but operating on the factory track and using former Lotus motorsport staff?
Bravo73 1,407
Ah, an office in Kent, you say? ?
CaptainSlow 286
Noticed that they schedule courses until December. What is the conditions typically in October/November? In Sweden we typically tuck away our toy cars by that time of year. Tempted but not able to fit it into my schedule in August or September. Or should I wait until next year (April/May)? Popular Post PAR 298
Hi, just went back from a day at the lotus driving academy and wanted to say how great it was. We went with my brother and enjoyed the instruction of Martin Donnelly and he is great fun outside of the car as well. We had a really interesting visit of the factory and of classic team lotus. Really a great day out, we strongly recommend it!

Popular Post PAR 298
We had the bronze license. This included 3 on track sessions of 20 Minutes, a visit of the factory and of classic team lotus. We had two sessions on the north track to get familiar with the car and the breaking and work the apex then à sessions on the south track where we work faster curbs. I am really keen to go back and step it up

PAR 298
Elise 220 with a wet track. On the North track we drove from 3rd gear to fifth gear, on the south one 3rd and 4th are enough.
Mister_Tad 53
Thread bump - has anyone attended the 3-day Lotus License? Anything to report? I was planning to book for April or May - fail on my part, but still some slots later in the summer available.
PAR 298
Planning to go back for the silver day this year and seeing your message, looks like I need to hurry to get a slot! Edited February 9, 2018 by PAR
Mister_Tad 53
Seems to be the Gold that's most limited (and as such the 3-days), a few more dates available for Silver. I've gone ahead and booked the three days for June, which was the first availability.
