🙏 thanks! I think someone's already posted a couple of pics on instagram..

Had the seats sent back to Lotus HQ for some retrimming, and wheels painted gold. Originally had the gear surround in gold as well but opted to switch it to Motorsport Black, kept the harness hoops gold though.

PPF and ceramic coating left and it's good to go... @alexthewheelman we'll need to meet up soon and take some side by side pics 👍

Xpel Ultimate, which is self-healing. Front, mirrors and carbon sills. I don't think I'm going to do the whole front, probably just half way up. I think getting the film over the slats/vents on top of the wheel arches may not come out well, so will probably not PPF the whole front clam.

One more of the interior:

Spot some of the differences?

1) Steering wheel cowl has been painted Motorsport Black in lieu of the standard plastic (again!)

2) I've gone for a completely different door trim panel and insert design to the standard 430

3) Steering wheel underside gold stitching

As mentioned earlier, the gear surround has gone back to black (something about gold and the silver lift tube not matching apparently!)

Thanks, I'm using Steve from Paintguard. Used him before and was always pleased with the results! Hopefully he delivers again...

However I've found that PPF (and/or a detailer) can be very subjective to each person.

@Bibs who's your recommendation by the way?

www.supercarpaintprotection.com - They're pals of mine and have done a few TLF'ers, based close to Tunbridge Wells :)

I agree, I think the black ties in better than the gold with all the silver already there and the black on the A/C and steering cowl. Having seen the black in flesh it does work well
