In all of my dealing with Neil (on other people's behalfs), he's been nothing short of excellent each time. 

In reality, Lotus have very little on back order now, it's mainly made to order parts rather than stock items.

I understand (and hope) he is not alone within the department but he does make a difference and, as others have stated, his personal involvement when I had issues with the car is probably the main reason why I kept faith in the car and Lotus.
