Just been down to my local Smyths toy shop it my birthday and I thought I spend some of my birthday money on my Ukraine boy , he saw a Bugatti Lego set and I saw his expression so I took him and got him a McLaren bless him his eyes lit up😥

whilst at car park the little kids running out to look at my car they almost forgot of their goodies the parents had just purchased ! 😀

In the last 3 days, a child fell off a scooter crabbing his neck to look at my car and a teenager formerly riding his bike with no hands managed to fall off straining to see as well. This car is a danger!

Bloke came up to me today at Newcastle airport petrol station. Driving a top model Range Rover and sporting a gold earring he said "bloody lovely noise your car" whilst munching on a Ginsters pie.

Well just yesterday I had a group of 13yo walk past and one lad said (for context I live in the Midlands near Ashby NOT south central LA, I assume the kid thought he did, luckily I speak the language 🤣🤣😂😂😂😂) "you has a sick whip man, I has one in forza Innit and izzz modded it, could I have a look in da whip"...... Yes not a problem...... "oh my god, this whip is bare phat, I noticed ya have a lock round ya wheel to stop man's taxing ya ride, safe man"

Mmmm I wonder if it was fiddy cent. But a white 13yo middle class version. 🤣🤣🤣

Today, driving out of Waitrose some bloke was literally leaning over in front of the car (whilst I'm driving along I might add) to look at the nose badge, I then turn the corner and get to some traffic lights.

A knock on the window... I roll the window down. "What's that car mate!?"

"Lotus Evora"

"Is it yours!?"

"yes"

"AAaaah MATE, it's proper sick! Sick car man"

I was going to tell him that actually, since it got a new battery it seems to be fine but I'm not sure how he knew it had a problem a few weeks back...

amazing experience !! so had a not too good a day and thought id treat maself to a bottle of cider or 3 on way home, pulled into an empty supermarket carpark and headsed straight for a end spot (as you do) past a lovely little lad with his mouth open and parked next to a focus and in front of a range rover. i was over to my left parking because it was the end of the row, ther guy  in the focus comes back and as im getting a bag from the boot drives past and says "we got some ppl in the country" sorry i say whats your problem, "well if your car is that flash you oughta learn to park it and sped off" rather dumb founded at the obvious jelousy i did react with a one finger salute and aske dhim to come back and say it you fffing little ppprick, he didnt oblige of course !! jeeeez what is it with younger self entitled pricks these days ??? 🥵

Out for a thrash tonight and came across this lot on tour of the Lakes and Borders. I followed them into the local hotel and the Manager pointed where I was to park. I explained I wasn't with the group but he insisted I park up and said "yours sounded better than the Lambo's"

Evora came out of hibernation at the weekend and I'd been on the road for 5 minutes when a shirtless and tattooed yoof hanging out the passenger window of a Fiesta ST gave me a thumbs up and a big smile. Who says the youth of today don't have taste? Gratuitous pic of the beast after thrashing the roads of Berwickshire and North Northumberland. Such an awesome car to drive down twisty roads, exhaust blaring between the hedgerows. I love this car more every time I drive it, sublime.

I have the use of my sons Fiesta ST equipped with 12 inch boom box etc 

what an odd ride , it’s so bumpy like you are constantly riding over rumble strips no wonder the youth are handing out of the windows

Took the Evora to take the kids to a Thomas the Tank Engine thing over the weekend. Pulling in to the car park, the attendants motioned for me to park away from the general masses on the grass and next to a yellow 997 GTS on the tarmac.

When we came back to the car to leave the owner of the GTS also turned up with his kids and Mrs and came over to take a better look around the Evora and see if his kids would fit in the back of one also. Followed by questions around where it would be advertised when I come to sell it

Out again in the Evora, this time to a kids scout camp. On leaving the camp there were a bunch of kids playing football nearby, on seeing me walk up to the Evora one of them shouts to his mates, “Look, the Ferrari!”. I didn’t bother correcting him (too far) but they all stopped playing to watch me pull away.

20yards further down the scout site, another group all stopped and watched as i crept past at the 5mph speed limit.

Bit later, on a roundabout about to take the exit onto the M25 slip lane I pull up next to a Mercedes SUV with a bunch of youngish lads, who proceed to roll down the window and ask him to give it some on pulling away. I was happy to oblige (and they did try to keep up bless em but that wasn’t really going to happen even with just a lowly NA).
