I’m in no rush - it’s imperative it’s right.

you simply wouldn’t believe the background work that’s gone into this previously and the fine tuning we are doing offline to the instructions etc.

the physical kit is absolutely faultless though

Too right - brakes are important. Try stopping without them. You’re all doing a great job and a really important service for anyone who has the accursed Delco ABS.

why the Wilwood proportioning valve?

The master cylinder used is unbiased; the Wilwood enables adjustment of the front/rear ratio.

System filled with fluid and bled. Pedal does feel nice - like a normal brake pedal in a normal non hateful abs systemed car.

pump and manifold now fitted in the rear - wires and a pipe to the front left to do

Replacement light in a main dealers workshop this morning and wire in an egg packing robot this afternoon - had a sneaky hour in between jobs and another after.

Picking up the exhaust from the welders later and I’ll run the pipe under the car

I'm backing the Farmyard Exotics cart-horse at the moment, but a late Wilwood delivery could swing it back in the favour of the Watford thoroughbred.

Nail-biting, edge of the seat stuff.

Just took the eldest out to buy ice cream. She’s doing her GCSEs at the minute - so what she wants to chill out she gets - and she’s making the most of it.

hmmm tough choice - van, blue or yellow...... I’ll opt for yellow and whack the loud peddle. I’m in seventh heaven presently.

bushes and suspension next
