Airbag: can be a MOT issue as the rules are that any sign of airbag failure is a fail. Many MOT stations will not notice the lift or not consider it a failure of the airbag.

I understand it is heat from the sun that makes the airbag panel pop up. It appears to be a common problem, mine had it fixed prior to purchase. Windscreen sunshade is a worthwhile Evora addition.......TLF shop should consider selling them.

Wow ^^^^^

If I was in the market I'd be chasing that car down unless anyone knows of any issues with it. Looks superb in white.

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

There are 2 great looking Evora 400s out there that I am interested in/can afford. In particular I like the red one LJ16 AWZ. I understand from the dealer that it is an ex B&C car then 1 owner. Now on 26k miles with a full Lotus service history. Apart from a little lacquer problem on the lights it looks great.

Is there anything in particular I should look out for please?

Does anyone know the car?

TIA C

Hi there, did you end up buying the car LJ16 AWZ? have seen it's back on the market again. Would love to get your opinion on the car.

Have you found a dry spell to see what it's like Troy?  I'm waiting to view a similar one when it's back from a service.

Hi Doug

all I’ve managed to do yet is drive the family down to Margate and back and love the noise and pull away from the lights and the steering feels great

I need to get out in it on my own to try out the late braking and corner speeds
