The heat exchanger is located at the front behind the radiator.

Its a challenge to find a small heat exchanger to fit in the front without doing a big modification.

I found a Yamaha snowmobile exchanger.

I was schedule to dyno last saturday but was push out due to the drum sensor

problem on the Mustang dyno.

I can fell so much power especially when you push to 14psi.

I passed an M3 with ease @ buck 30.

No way to use the stock rear trunk if you will install a liquid intercooler. You have to re-design the trunk. The trunk is now stainless instead of aluminum. Aluminum heat so fast.

In the picture, I punched a bunch of louvers (vents) below to pick up air for spal fan (push type).

I like the fan with the billet aluminum cover. Very nice looking!

Though I like the look of the exposed charge coolers better -- red mean machine. I could do without the trunk walls of the plated cover/fan. Opening the boot to expose the entire setup is pure viciousness!

Other area that I like most is the response. Usually, installing an intercooler will give you a bit of a lag because of the size of the intercooler and the drop of pressure.

I was a surprise the response is almost a stock form, therefore the intercooler I installed is about right (as far as the volume)

The billet aluminum at the trunk is H2o reserve for intercooler.

How about using 4 pot SE radiators up front?

It looks realy nice in the engine bay.

But the pipe outlet from IC looks very tight.

It looks like its some sort of flow restictions there.Did you do any porting in the pipe entry for the outlet pipe.

I agree, the chargecooler rad. would be best placed directly in the cold airflow, in front of the main coolant rad.

A very nice compact installation though
