2002 Esprit - Brighter Headlights

Would appreciate advice on how to get brighter headlights onto my 2002 Esprit? Standard ones are awefully dim.

Would like to remain street legal, or at least not get pulled over with them.

I keep wondering about these, www.xenonshop.com, he's a member on the Evo forums and lots of people seem happy with them.

No need for going directly the whole way (xenon)

much cheaper and perhaps sufficient are brighter lightbulbs

you can buy them with +40% related to the standard light bulb

Anyone with experience with the 55W Osram versus the 90W Philips rally bulbs?
