Silverback 66 Report post Posted October 3, 2018 So my much loved Caterham R400 was traded in yesterday as a deposit on a new MY18.5 facelifted 350. Had a VX220 in the past so after dancing around ‘Lotus’ I have finally gone official! Hoping the registration process goes quickly and I can pick the car up in a week or so... 3

ramjet 943 Report post Posted October 4, 2018 Welcome to TLF Matthew. Oops. I stuffed that up when I read it and thought you were getting yourself a Sport 350. Be a bit had to get a MY18.5 one though. The Exige looks very Batman. Any questions or issues with using the forums, feel free to ask one of us mods. We're here to help. There’s a couple of ex-vx220 owners on here, me being one of them Got to love ‘lightness’ compared to other cars, although going from a Caterham, everything looks ‘heavy’ in comparison. I didn’t know the facelifted model had a fuel tank size change? Any other differences? The dealer thought they had done something to the exhaust as well as to him there was a sound difference to the pre facelifted models they had.

Supposedly the 48 litre tank from the 380/410 according to the Lotus press release when the facelift 350 & the 410 were announced, was there a change in the brake disc too? Slotted rather than drilled? So needs a soft top conversion...

Silverback 66 Report post Posted October 15, 2018 And so the long journey is about to start this morning...small matter of a nearly 4 hour train journey to sit through first.
