E18VRA
Any one know where I may get these done, as seen on a B&C sales car
Composite guru
Are they painted? If not couldn't you use red pinstripe from Halfords? Would have the same effect? Just a suggestion.

Phil S1
It looks like it could be a self-adhesive trim moulding, something like this...

Techyd
That does look really good, neat way to emphasis the diffuser. My silver S1 might look good with something like that as well. At £3.50 what's not to like.
Gold FFM C8RKH Posted November 25, 2018 Gold FFM Report Share Posted November 25, 2018 @E18VRA that's a great wee job and looks superb. Very nice. What width did you go for? Quote Alcohol. Sex. mik
Blatantly copied this idea on my SR earlier. 3mm tape (a bit narrow). I won’t say it’s the best job in the world - really just trying it to see if I like it - for 30mins if my time and about £3 in material it seemed like the best way to figure that out. Current verdict is - I’m not sure 😀 Will “run” it for a couple of weeks any make my mind up..... car needs a wash btw.
dalepearson
I think that looks decent too. Did @E18VRA ever confirm the thickness he used? mik
No, but I am guessing at 6mm.
mik
Had another look today in better daylight and decided it doesn’t work so well will the S diffuser design (and the 3mm tape was a bit half-hearted).. Peeled it back off again. ah well - nothing ventured Edited December 2, 2018 by mik
dalepearson
I bought some 6mm tape today and started to have a quick go ... I need more time, managed to do the first bend but the 2nd one just wasnt happening. Any tips before I resort to Google tuition? mik
I’m no expert. I found it worked pulling off approx 10cm of backing and holding the tape 10cm from where I wanted to apply it - then pressing it on with my other hand.

dalepearson
I finally got this done. Seemed the issue was its just to cold, so thanks to a hair dryer I now have a result I am happy with. On the centre lines I did them in a point just to make the finish less abrupt. Thanks for the inspiration gents. 1 Quote .:: Lotus Evora 400 - Red ::.. | ..:: Tesla Model S - Midnight Silver | Renault Twizy - Brilliant Black ::..
