The Evora trophy cabinet extension plans are firmly in the minds of the staff at Hethel as the Evora is shortlisted for the finals of the performance category in the ‘World Car of the Year‘ awards.
Previous winners of this category were the Nissan GT-R in 2009 and the Audi R8 in 2008. A jury of fifty-nine distinguished international automotive journalists selected the following top ten finalists in both categories by secret ballot, based on their experience with each candidate car as part of their professional work and as normal people struggle with counting so high, KPMG were bought in at great expense to establish the results of this poll. Further voting will continue leading to 3 final finalists which will be announced at the Geneva Motor Show on March 2nd.
