Formed as the result of a long, cold night at the Lotus Festival 2010, surrounded by acoustic guitars and empty whisky bottles, the band was created for just one purpose – to entertain. With a mantra of “Style over substance” and “More volume than talent”, it was clear from the start they were going to be fun. After launching into a fairly silly marketing campaign, it became obvious that there was potential to do something more than just a gig in a cold field. This lead to their debut single “Cars” and B-side “I’m gonna be (500 miles)” being released as a charity single in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society, a cause close to the band’s heart.

Geoff Leppard consists of Matt “Wispy” Clarke (Lead Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards), Azlan Cuttilan (Guitar, Vocals), David “Tommo7” Tomkins (Guitar), Nigel “Flugplatz” Smith (Bass, Decks) and Martin “MCMartyP” Pointon (Drums).
