Silverstone Circuit, the Home of British Motor Racing, is also home to one of the UK’s most exciting Lotus showrooms.
The Lotus showroom is the venue’s maiden venture into the world of motor retailing as it continues to diversify from its core motor racing business.
Lotus Silverstone occupies a recently refurbished 4,000 sq ft showroom which provides Lotus clients with new and used approved Lotus. The same facility also operates a four bay workshop which means it is a one stop shop for most of our clients. Within the workshop, Lotus Silverstone can carry out fully approved Lotus servicing, warranty work and repairs. Additionally, we can also carry out servicing, full air conditioning servicing and MOT testing for all makes and models. The technicians within the workshop can call upon many years experience of running Lotus models here at Silverstone, they also have experience with many other brands including Ferrari, Aston Martin and Audi through running them in a demanding track environment.
The showroom is situated close to a new manufacturer test facility on the in-field Stowe Circuit. The extended Stowe circuit now includes a low friction straight and turning circle.
The franchise, which will be exclusively owned and operated by Silverstone Circuits, will serve the central zone of the country including counties such as Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire.

I collected my 17 plate yellow Lotus Elise Sport on the 1st of March. It has been a long wait having ordered the car from Aimee at Lotus Silverstone in early October last year. This is my first Lotus and the fulfilment of a dream I have had for 30 years. I have to say the whole experience since first setting foot in the dealership in late September to driving away last Wednesday has been fantastic. I was not pushed or coerced into buying a car just guided and informed through the whole process. The standard of service has been excellent and the attention to detail and customer appreciation second to none.
I have completed 200miles in the car now and cannot wait to get back in it tomorrow.

Recently brought an Evora S from Silverstone. They are a great team with one of the best dealer experience so far I have had. They remain polite and professional at all times, even with my increasingly short emails when the car got delay through no fault of their own when I purchased. I did have some small issues in the following weeks after I brought the car, and many of dealers would try to fob you off. Not Silverstone – true after sales care. They literally spent the whole day on the car and replaced various parts all cost to them. I strongly urge you to consider them buying any Lotus. .
Another great experience at Lotus Silverstone. I always so enjoy going. Very friendly, very helpful, very supportive, without any pretension, thoroughly down to earth. The charges are very reasonable and they always do a great job. They gave my Lotus Evora a big service, MOT, sorted out some peeling round the lights, and stored it for almost six months while I was working in Beijing. It looked beautifully clean and cared for. 5 Star treatment! Many thanks. And was it a pleasure to get behind the wheel again after such a long separation!

I have just purchased a brilliant Evora 400, which is the second Evora I have purchased through Lotus Silverstone. I have found their staff a pleasure to deal with and who have promptly dealt with all my requests in an efficient manner. They must be doing something right…which is not something you can say of most Porsche dealers!
Well I finally did it and plumped for a Lotus Exige S with performance pack from the quite frankly brilliant Lotus Silverstone. I am what you would call a fussy buyer, and I can only thank Aimee for her extraordinary patience, speedy responses (as quick as the Exige on a hairpin bend!) and product knowledge all of which surpassed the norm. Her confidence in vehicle gave me the comfort to buy without seeing the car, and when I did collect I was blown away. Better than I had anticipated. They really delivered as the time frame from purchase to delivery was very tight as there were a few works to be carried out on the car. On delivery I was really delighted with the handover and preparation of the car.
Having bought an S2 Exige RGB from Matt at Silverstone Lotus over four years ago, I returned to buy a V6 Exige in December 2015. Aimee provided a very professional service throughout the sale process and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this dealership for sales and servicing. I could not fault the service at all. Superb.

I’ve visited Lotus Silverstone on and off for a couple of years until I finally decided to own a Lotus and ordered a beautiful new Elise S. Aimee and Matt are brilliant: Great advice, knowledge, tied my order in with a trip to the factory so I saw the chassis in production, and then had it parked at Silverstone for three weeks so I could move the collection date to coincide with the 65 reg plate. That was a week ago and I absolutely love the Lotus. It was supposed to be an indulgence of a second car… but I think it’s going to be used more than my usual Audi.
Just bought an ex SIlverstone Experience car from Lotus SIlverstone. Apart from a very long wait the car is fantastic, and to their credit was worth waiting for as it had been gone through very thoroughly and was stunning on collection. Aimee handled everything and was great to deal with despite my impatience to get in the car! The rest of the team seem enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Even if I didn’t live within a stones throw I would use the dealership for the inevitable upgrades and fixes. Great job, thanks!
In all my years of buying new cars the service provided by Lotus Silverstone during my recent Evora purchase surpasses all others by a large margin.
Right from my initial telephone call to them, through the test drives and the purchasing procedure they were a pleasure to deal with and, not only did Matthew and Aimee display a thorough knowledge of the cars they are selling, they handled the entire pre-sales procedure without ever once appearing “pushy.” A relevation given the way that many car dealers operate.
The test drive was conducted over a long period taking in different type of roads allowing me time to get the feel of the cars and nothing was too much trouble. After agreeing the purchase Aimee handled everything in a professional and efficient manner.
Lotus Silverstone is 140 miles from where I live. I have closer dealerships but I am glad that I made the trip. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I recently purchased a used Exige S V6 from Lotus Silverstone. The whole experience from first to last has been brilliant, and I can thoroughly recommend them.
My contact was with Aimee, who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand, and was very helpful in explaining any of my questions about that car. A test drive in a demo car was arranged at very short notice, without any fuss, which was highly enjoyable and convinced me to go ahead with my purchase.
I have since picked up the car (a used 2015-plate), which again was arranged effortlessly and swiftly. The car was prepared well for the hand over, and Aimee was extremely helpful in explaining all the details required.
So far, my Lotus experience has been fantastic, and I am loving the car!

I have known Lotus Silverstone for 12 months and am completely satisfied with all that they have done for me. I was first introduced to them via the Lotus Drivers Club, when we visited to test drive the new Lotus Exige S V6. Having driven it I had to have one, so I sat down and struck a deal with Mathew and placed the order with the minimum of fuss. When the day arrived to collect my car the handover was done by Aimee in a very professional manner. The car was handed over without any faults just as one would expect.

I recently purchased a 2014 Lotus Elise SE from Silverstone Lotus and the experience from the beginning was outstanding. Aimee Mitchell is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very friendly with no pushy sales tactics and a credit to the Lotus dealership.
The aftersales experience has continued at the highest level, which has not always been the case with other vehicle dealers I have experienced. Any questions have always been answered promptly and with the upmost professionalism.

The welcome was great, coffee provided and I was allowed several test drives, with one on my own.
They replaced tyres and pretty much made a used car look and feel new, a great overall experience.

I recently purchased a new Lotus Elise S Club Racer from Silverstone Lotus after seeing the car unveiled at the Festival of Speed.
From the first contact to collecting the car 6 months later I cannot fault the service provided by Aimee and Matt. Throughout the process their passion for both Lotus and motorsport was obvious, we never actually felt they were selling us a car – just helping us get exactly what suited us.
Communication was always excellent with all expectations managed perfectly throughout the process.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, they went above and beyond what I would have expected from a dealership on numerous occasions.

For anyone currently considering purchasing a Lotus, I cannot recommend Lotus Silverstone enough. I have just purchased an Evora from them and the whole experience from my initial inquiry, through to the final handover was fantastic!
I mainly dealt with Aimee, who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Matthew was also a pleasure to deal with. I genuinely got the feeling that the team there enjoy and believe in the Lotus brand. I can’t think of a single frustration that I encountered, which to be honest is a first for me with any car dealer I have bought from.
I now cant imagine going anywhere else to buy a Lotus in the future.

What a fantastic experience it was buying through Lotus Silverstone. I first saw the car I was interested in, an Exige S, advertised on their website. I dropped them an email regarding a few small questions to do with the service history and promptly received a reply back with a photocopy of the full service book detailing everything I had asked for, and the kind offer to come up and test drive the car. This level of service and attention was present throughout the whole experience of buying through Lotus Silverstone.
When I test drove the car there were a few little things that concerned me regarding brakes being quite worn and tyres being quite low. I was assured by Aimee that this would all taken care of as part of the checks they do as a matter of course. I had a rough idea of the cost of replacing the parts in question and was somewhat expectant that these parts would not be replaced (mainly from experience with lesser dealerships).
Thankfully, there was absolutely nothing for me to be concerned with. When I picked the car up it was immaculately prepared. Everything I was concerned with was fully addressed, along with many other things I did not even notice! I dread to think what the prep costs were on my car!
The after sales service follows the professionalism and friendliness of the pre sale. A few small niggles with the A/C on my Exige meant it had to spend another week in the Lotus Silverstone workshop, but they kindly provided me with a lovely new Elise to use during this time. It couldn’t have been handled any better.
I cannot recommend Lotus Silverstone highly enough. I actually live less than 5 miles from another Lotus approved dealer but I would not hesitate driving up to Silverstone for my next car.

I bought a 16 month old Evora IPS one year ago (ex-Lotus show car) as my daily transport.
Like others on the forum, I too received excellent service from all the staff at Lotus Silverstone. My initial contact was with Aimee Mitchell who was very knowledgeable, professional and a great help.
A few warranty items were dealt with painlessly by Pam James who was equally helpful.
I should also mention the excellent workshop assistance given by Ben Sengelow and Richard Webb who were obviously Lotus enthusiasts.
One year on, I am still convinced I bought the right car from the right dealer, and would thoroughly recommend Lotus Silverstone.
Recently bought my Lotus from Silverstone, and have to say it was the smoothest and most pleasent transaction I have ever had when buying a car.
My sales representative was Aimee Mitchell who is very knowledgable about the cars she is selling and answered every question with confidence and conviction. There was no pushy sales pitches, no pressure to buy. Aimee mostly let the cars do the talking and was there to “support” me and and provide me with the all important bits of information a lotus novice probably doesn’t know but should…
Once the transaction had completed, usually one comes to expect the level of service to deteriorate, and communication to be pretty non existent. Well that could not be further from the truth.
I had a couple of questions/niggles which Aimee promptly answered and got to work on right away. I did not have to chase or call to find out progress, I was kept informed throughout. I can honestly say with hand on heart that the after sales service from these guys at Silverstone Lotus is out of this world, and every other car manufactuer could learn a lesson or two!
Everyone from Front of house, Sales and the Technicians were friendly, helpful, insightful and welcoming. When I come to buy a new toy, whenever that may be, I know exactly where I will be going to buy it from!

I thought I would go to the effort of writing a review for Lotus Silverstone because of the great service I received. I recently bought a Lotus Elise SC from Aimee who was very professional throughout the transaction. It was nice to be able to go for a longer and more varied test drive than I would of expected. This allowed me to explore how the car performed in normal day to day driving as well as the perfect ‘A’ roads that surround the dealership. I knew there and then I wanted the car and eventually a deal was made. From that date to the day I picked up the car, the communication regarding the progress of the sale was very good. I would recommend Lotus Silverstone to any person interested in buying a Lotus. Thanks Aimee and the team!

I phoned Saturday morning for an Exige I had seen on their website. I was told the car was available, but there were other’s also coming view it.
After getting there after a 3 and a half hour journey, Aimee was very welcoming. There we other customers being seen to, but after a very short wait, we were allowed to test drive the car, and there was no encouragement to ‘baby’ the car, but instead the opposite, allowing for a true test of the car.
The car had only come into stock on the friday, so before they would let me drive away, they insisted on checking the car over first, which I thought was a nice touch.
Truly impressed with the service, and I will be going back. (It didn’t hurt that Aimee was gorgeous to!)
A good experience with Lotus Silverstone. I came over from France to pick up my Elise SC and in Aimee’s absence I was well recieved by Matthew.It’s unlikely that I will be using their servicing as it would involve a 1500 mile round trip so I can’t comment on that. Good follow up from Aimee after the sale.
I have to echo all of the other reviews about Silverstone Lotus, the staff, the facilities, the service and their vehicles. We travelled from the North West to buy a humble Elise Club Racer and the process simply couldn’t have been smoother. We were given a warm welcome by Aimee Mitchell, who then showed us our new car, which was flawlessly prepared to the highest standard and looked stunning.
As a performance car dealership, it just couldn’t be situated in a more apt location; this coupled with the excellent service makes it by far the best one I have been to yet so expect to see us again in the future folks!
I went into Lotus Silverstone back in February 2012 and ordered my Evora S. Except I didn’t quite know the specs. Two factory visits later, the first to decide on the colour and the second to see my car on the line, everything was sorted. I must praise Aimee for her patience with the whole ordering process; for arranging the factory visits and for being very helpful since.
I’ve had one major(ish) glitch with the car when the gearbox effectively “froze” and I couldn’t reverse out of a carparking space, and some minor ones which I hope to have sorted at its first year’s service which is due pretty soon. 9,000 miles in 9 months isn’t bad going, but it is my everyday car. Even drove it through the snow. What a hoot!
Still to see how much the service costs are, but at least the car will be back on summer tyres and it’ll be ready for its inaugural blat down to Le Mans.
As a life long Lotus devotee I am sad to say that a few years ago I was seduced by the dark side and purchased an Aston Martin DB9. Although a wonderful experience I eventually realised my mistake and Silverstone Lotus were my savoir.
Aimee Mitchell came to my rescue and made buying a new Evora S2 even more pleasurable. For the first time in my life I dealt with a knowledgeable sales person with the authority to make a deal without constantly disappearing into the back room. Well done Aimee and Silverstone Lotus.
In Sept 2011 Aimee M let me test drive an Europa S MY08. I fitted in 6’6″ and next month my deposit was taken. Living overseas new headligts and km/h speedo was fitted. I collected it with all correct paperwork done and drove home 1500 km for registration at home, all ok. Great work from Aimee at purchase and later with service and parts the following year (-s), she is always happy to help even over phone or email for my only Europa in Sweden.
I can highly recommend Lotus Silverstone for a purchase of the Lotus brand.
I also bought a 2.5 year old Evora via Aimee and again I have nothing but praise for the whole team. My snag list on the car was extensive (I know I’m a bit of a pain in the butt to deal with), but they patiently resolved every one and I was both happy and impressed. One item on my snag list recently re-emerged out of warranty but they shared the cost with Lotus, demonstrating again that they care about their customer relationships and honoring their product and service standards. I’ve dealt with most of the southern Lotus dealers over the past 14 years of Lotus ownership and I’d rate them as one of the best.
I have nothing but praise for Lotus Silverstone. I was looking to buy an Elise in September and having looked at their website I contacted them by email. Aimee was quick to respond and to offer me a choice of two cars that met my budget. I was unsure and tentatively asked about a deal on another Elise that was going to be out of my budget but would be my preferred choice. Several days of Aimee & Matt juggling the figures, asking the finance company to do a deal, and managing to get a better p/x price from their buyer and a deal was struck. Their workshop are good too and highly recommended. Aimee keeps me up to date regularly with their latest offers etc. I am one very happy owner and will definitely be a regular (though not too regular I hope) at their dealership.
I bought my 18 month old Evora from them in May last year and they were very easy to deal with. I had a few warranty niggles and they were all dealt with quickly and without fuss or bother. I enjoyed the Elise they had as a courtesy car while the Evora was in too!

Too soon for a review of servicing and no warranty work required so far but based on my experience to date they get my recommendation.
