Hexagon Lotus recently opened their South Kensington branch (pics & video) however the bulk of their Lotus business will be based out of the larger showroom in Fortis Green, East Finchley in North London. With some history with the marque, Hexagon’s Chairman Paul Michaels welcomes the move back into business with Lotus once again. His father was a Lotus dealer back in the sixties with ‘Camden Motors’ with showrooms in Leighton Buzzard and Hexagon themselves were involved as a dealer in the late sixties to the mid-seventies. Paul is very proud to share the exact birthday with Colin Chapman and their East Finchley showroom is 200 yards from what was once the Chapman family home so you can see the connection! Even further still, the premises used to house Ian Walker Racing (Ian raced many a Lotus and also had his own Lotus dealership) and they’ve been lucky enough to re-secure the same phone number from when they were a Lotus dealer 40 or so years ago!
With 18 new cars in stock (and already a Nightfall Blue Evora S sold to their first customer within days of opening!) there’s a great range of cars to look at in East Finchley. The site also covers parts sales and service with Lotus ASO trained technicians in the workshops.
