Every year car manufacturers gather in the shadow (and indeed the lobby) of Canary Wharf in London for the annual Motorexpo. A small but well attended event, the Expo is a chance for the 100,000+ workers and residents of the Isle of Dogs to see the latest and greatest cars in the flesh and decide what to do with this years bonus, be it join the lastest supercar club or indeed just buy the latest supercar!

Running from the 6th to the 12th June (this Sunday), you’ve still time to visit the show, hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday. You can find a list of exhibitors here and all other details you need for parking/trains etc are on the Motorexpo website.

Lotus have a stand in the lobby of Canary Wharf itself and on display are the Lotus Renault GP F1 car, always nice to see up close, the Evora Enduro, Evora S and Elise Club Racer. Further out in Canada Square by the tube you’ll also find another Evora S from the Lotus Driving Acedemy which is gathering a lot of interest. On hand are staff who can take enquiries, answer any questions you have about the cars and also arrange for your local dealer to contact you to arrange a test drive so head over in lunch or after work and say hello. Some images from the show, including the Lotus offerings and other pictures of the event…
